It all began in December 2008.
The ‘Doors’ opened and Signature Indian Cuisine Restaurant was created. A vision and a dream made possible.

I grew up in North part of India New Delhi, as a child I developed a keen interest in cooking. The aromas of all the delightful spices and delicious flavours were in my home from my mother’s cooking sparked a love for food and cooking. She was my inspiration and still is today. My father’s sharp, sense of business and knowledge and constant support has help shape me. The support of my family and friends, my wife, her family and my children to bring Indian Cuisine to a community that has only grown recently in its diversity. It has evolved since then each person has added their own special touch in making Signature grow and loved. Our staff has brought caring and attentiveness to serving you as well as from the assisting staff in the kitchen. Our wonderful staff is ready to welcome you and will soon welcome you by name. As the Chef and owner much goes into every dish created. Love is the main ingredient as I love to cook and enjoy the evolution of each of my signature dishes. Thought, time and passion are the main ingredients required. Carefully selected ingredients are sought out and used in making your food. Your dishes are made to order and breads are made fresh daily from flour to dough into our big Tandoor oven. We look forward to you joining us at Signature’s to delight your palates with an array of flavorful dishes. I found this place on google when we first move to Whitby and I must say its way Fresh and tasty food. My favourite is Goat Curry and my kids love the Butter chicken. They can eat everyday specially with garlic nan. Ordered few times and it's always delicious. We tried others around but nothing close to your quality and consistency.
